Prosta Peak ingredients

The most important ingredient question is not “does this ingredient appear in prostate supplements?” It is “what exactly is in the current formula, at what amount, and what level of evidence applies?”

Verify the current label first

Product marketing currently highlights multiple botanicals, including saw palmetto and pygeum. Because online product descriptions can change, use the live Supplement Facts label as the source of truth for the formula you would actually purchase.

Saw palmetto

NCCIH says saw palmetto has been studied extensively for urinary symptoms associated with BPH and concludes it probably is not helpful when used alone for that purpose. Read our saw palmetto evidence guide.

Pygeum

NCCIH characterizes the evidence for pygeum as limited, with some evidence of short-term improvement in certain BPH-related measures. Limited evidence should not be converted into a guarantee for a multi-ingredient product.

Formula evidence vs ingredient evidence

A finished supplement may combine ingredients in amounts and forms that differ from research studies. Unless reliable trials test the finished formula, ingredient studies cannot prove that the product delivers the same effects.
